1. Understanding
the parts of a piece of woven fabric is important for correct placement when
cutting the fabric. Please draw and label the parts of a woven fabric.
2. Basket
weave is a variation of the plain weave. Using the YouTube video linked below
create your own basket weave using paper.
3. Describe
the basket weaving process in your own words and identify one article that can
be made from fabric woven by this method.
